I run construction projects for a living during the week — on weekends, I bring that same care to your house. Ceiling fans, plumbing, appliance repairs, drywall, outdoor work — whatever's on your list, I show up, do it right, and treat your home like it's mine.
Basically, if it's around your house and it's broken, loose, or missing — there's a good chance I've already fixed one just like it. Don't see it below? Ask anyway.
All hands-on, all mine — including the pool I built at my own house as owner-builder.
Not a side hustle learning on your house — a real construction background, brought home on the weekends.
During the week, I'm a Director of Construction, running federal projects — scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and quality control on jobs held to real inspection standards. I've managed OSHP programs and life science project builds, where there's zero room for shortcuts. That's the standard I bring home with me.
On weekends, I take on residential work myself — no crew, no markup layers, nobody subcontracted in. Whatever we agree on gets done by me, the same way I'd do it in my own house. I've put in my own pool, run my own gas lines, rebuilt my own appliances — I don't ask a homeowner to trust anything I haven't already done for my own family.
Tell me what's going on — the more detail, the better. I read every one of these myself and get back to you quickly.
